MOSCOW, Sep 21 (PRIME) -- The Russian ruble with tomorrow settlement increased by 31 kopecks against the U.S. dollar at Monday opening to 66.17 rubles, according to the Moscow Exchange’s data.
The ruble increased by 34 kopecks against the euro to 74.71 rubles.
